I arrived to check-in and was greeted by two great ladies, one the manager. As I was checking in I asked about the pool, it was my daughter's birthday weekend and she wanted to swim most! The manager informed me that their pool was closed. However she didn't want to see my daughter sad so she called another Hampton Inn location close by. She verified that their pool was opened and they had rooms available. She canceled my reservation without issue. She went above and beyond. Very grateful for her consideration.

The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and had all the amenities one could want with no shortages. The breakfast was much more than I expected and the hostess was friendly and efficient. I traveled with three great grandchildren and even they didn't complain about anything.

The main lobby and breakfast area were very nice looking. The location of the facility was in a somewhat industrial area, hidden from the highway. The air conditioner in the room was quiet and very efficient - a nice change from many other hotels with window units.

The room was very clean and big! The shower was full sized which is nice and the water pressure was amazing! Definitely will stay again! It’s right outside of the hustle and bustle of the city and is in a quiet location
